Dominique brings to MAINtag more than 20 years of experience in management of innovation and fast growing companies where he has built strong team spirit and put in place adequate organization schemes dedicated to customer satisfaction. He did manage key customers relationship, R&D, supply chain and mass production, all within the framework of ISO Quality standards.
Prior to Maintag, he has been managing various hi-tech companies: Kurtosis Ingénierie (DSP design house referenced by Thales, Dassault Electronique and French Ministry of Defense for Radar Applications) and LEA (world wide leader in xDSL splitters, turnover of 55 MUSD after 5 years of operation). Dominique also launched and managed LEA subsidiaries in Asia (Hong Kong and ShenZhen). He also actively contributed to major wired and wire-less broadband Telecom Systems Interoperability standards definition and enforcement through international standardization bodies.
Dominique graduated from ENSEEIHT Engineering School in Fluid Mechanics and obtained a PhD in Physics awarded by Toulouse University.


Alexis BEURDELEY has extensive international sales and marketing experience focused on high technology solutions. Alexis started with MAINtag in 2008 as Sales Manager and actively participated in the company's worldwide success within the aerospace industry. Being in close contact with major aircraft manufacturers, OEMs, MROs and airlines since 2008, Alexis is involved in the design of FLYtag®, MAINtag’s innovative range of aerospace RFID solutions. In 2012, Alexis BEURDELEY was appointed Vice President of MAINtag, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia; the first subsidiary of  MAINtag Group, which covers North and South America as well as Asia Pacific. Prior to joining MAINtag, Alexis BEURDELEY successfully developed a European distribution network with IER (Groupe Bolloré) and Allflex-Chevillot, enabling significant growth of their RFID business units. He graduated with an MBA from L'Institut Supérieur d'Enseignement au Management d'Entreprises (ISEE) in Paris, France.


Arnaud is in charge of driving R&D and Industrialization department of MAINtag, overseeing all development projects and ensuring the implementation of the company's strategy with the aim of keeping an industry leadership position in aerospace parts marking. RFID, electronics and plastic expert , he has led MAINtag products to the level required in the industry and aerospace. Prior to joining MAINtag,  Arnaud has worked as a automation engineer for Tecban, a company specialized in designing machine for testing rail brake system. This is where he met with Bruno LO-RÉ and decided to follow him in the MAINtag adventure.
Arnaud graduated from Toulouse university in Robotics and also obtained an Master IRR (Artificial Intelligence, Shape identification and Robotics).
