Family office VDMI is a group of innovative startups whose main goal is to help them developing growth and exchange of new technologies to reach excellence in innovation. VDMI is based on a very straightforward idea: thanks to a wide range of patents and inventions, it is achievable to contribute to boost France's competitiveness on a Worldwide scope. All we need is to help turning them into an advantage. To set an example, Nicolas Bara, VDMI founder, is the owner of about 30 patents which he keeps vivid by leveraging all the possible synergies within the group.

Founded in 2007, this aggregate of small and medium businesses federates innovative startups by offering business angels involvement, sales support, facilities services, technical support... until their take off.

Nicolas Bara is highly convinced that both employment and industrial know-how can still be located in France. A clear "anti-relocation" vision.

In 2010 the groupe established in the Paris area,  on an industrial site which it completely renewed. This site was inaugurated on June 3rd, 2010, by M.Laurent Wauquiez, Secretary of State for Employment.
